David has gone above and beyond in his customer service. Today I went to get my hair cut and upon arrival the barbers were busy, and I would have to wait a while before I could get my hair cut. David, who has cut my hair before but was not working today, walks past the barbers, notices me and comes in to cut my hair despite him being on annual leave. The hair cut was great as usual, and I really appreciate David's dedication to customer service!

I've been going to Monello Barbers every two months for about four years. Nice, relaxing experience each time whether it's a weekday or weekend. For the past couple of years, David has been my go-to barber and has done a great job each time. I've recently moved away from the area so unfortunately won't be going anymore, but recommend to those nearby. I will miss the experience and the football chats with Dave!
